Merci Déhà for the download code. Lots of bands use these ingredients – pretty female vocals over doomy guitars always sounds good, but usually that's where the ideas run out. That isn't the case here. Each song is packed with ideas and evolutions, genres and references it's boring to list but not at all to listen to. A pleasure to have been introduced to this.

This is technically a double album, though you might not realize it at first. The first five tracks are the score to the narration of “Roses of War (730-731 AT)” as narrated by Christopher Robert Andreasen. The score itself is dark and moody, punctuating the heavy emotions of wartime. I strongly recommend listening to each half of those album separately to truly appreciate each presentation to its fullest, as both are truly fascinating.

Fascinating musical imagining of the rise and fall of empires. I feel the hubris of men who build towers to touch the heavens that will stand forever, only to watch them be toppled by revolution and undermined by slow seepage from beneath. Great emotional range, from crushing roars to gentle whispers.

Listening to A Cockamamie Farce... On repite button... I'm in awe. I bought the whole album right away and I don't regret it. I'm sure the other tracks are also very interesting. These are like works of art... paintings... Which make up one - Room Six... Album on repite!
